In response to the increasing protection status of the Pernambuco and evolving international trade regulations under CITES, we have transitioned the wood used for our bow sticks to a responsibly sourced Mexican hardwood, Chakte Viga.
Following continuous research and testing by our bow makers, Chakte Viga has proven to be a strong and promising alternative to Pernambuco, offering a responsive playing feel and highly consistent quality.
